Stock Status Change Through ICSW

This document will help you manage and control your warehouse's product stock status in CSD.
 

From the CSD home screen you can access the IC Warehouse Product Setup screen by:
 

1. Typing ICSW in the search field on the top right corner.

a. You can also search by typing in key words in the same fields. (e.g., Warehouse, Product etc.)
 

2. Clicking the MENU button in the top left, then clicking Product, Setup, and Warehouse Product.

3. Type in your warehouse.
4. Type in the product you want to edit.
5. Click search.
6. Click the arrow next to the product on the list.

After selecting the arrow it will bring you to the warehouse products page. From here you can change the stock status of the product you selected earlier. To change the stock status you will need to:

7. Verify the correct product.
8. Click the EDIT button.
9. Click the down arrow under status.
10. Select the stock status you want for the product.
11. Click SAVE.

After selecting save it will bring you back to the warehouse product setup page. Verify that the stock status has been changed.
